Caring for houseplants has been proven to be good for you. Research shows that taking care of plants can increase your sense of well-being and reduce stress. Houseplants provide a feeling of connectedness to the outdoors. Plants increase the awareness that we share the earth with more than just other humans. There are two different rakes you should own for lawn care purposes. The first is a leaf rake. This rake is typically large and made of plastic, which makes moving all those falling leaves into a pile for your composting needs much easier. It's often pretty flexible, too. The second is a lawn rake, and it's typically the sturdier of the two. This rake is used to pull up the dead grass, moss, and weeds in your yard. These dead materials block moisture and light while creating a perfect environment for more weeds and moss to grow. Getting rid of them will make your yard look nicer and help your lawn thrive. Just avoid raking your lawn when it’s frosty or really cold out, as you can easily damage healthy blades of grass during those times.
